More often then not, I have to tempt my little subjects to have their photograph taken. Sometimes I'll let them take my picture and show them the result then ask if I can do the same, sometimes I just have to show them each photograph as I take it to keep them happy. But the method that works best is when I take a picture of their toy and show them that. All of a sudden they want to be in the picture too with teddy, dolly or in this case....mouse

Setting the scene
Looking forward to tomorrow's shoots - a grandmother and her grandchildren in the morning and a trash the dress in the afternoon.
We're shooting the family indoors and I've been rifling through my props to find suitable items to set the scene. I've got a lovely chair for grandma and I'm going to have some fun arranging the children around her.
In contrast my afternoon shoot is a soon to be divorced lady who wants to mark her new status by wearing her wedding dress in a 'trash the dress shoot'. We've chosen a grungy grimy location near the coast and we are going to make sure she has some happy new memories wearing her dress.
Looking forward to showing you the results in my next post!
